Official Rules and Regulations
The Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is sponsoring a "Bring Your Meetings Home" promotion designed to offer an incentive to local Central Florida residents who attend corporate, association, and other meetings and/or to encourage their organizations to host the meeting in Osceola County.
Kissimmee offers:
- All participants must register on the CVB’s website at www.MeetInKissimmee.com/BYMH. Registration information shall include:
- Contact information;
- The name of the meeting, including the estimated dates and the estimated number of people in attendance; and
- Contact information for the Meeting Planner (the person responsible for planning the meeting).
- Once a meeting has been booked, the participant shall notify the CVB, and include details such as the name, date, and location of the meeting. Failure to notify the CVB in advance may result in a delay in issuing the incentive gift card.
- Minimum qualifications to participate include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Participants must be residents of the Central Florida region (defined as Osceola, Polk, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, and Brevard counties), and be able to provide proof of residency upon request;
- The meeting shall be booked within 12 months of the original registration date and shall take place within 24 months of the registration date; and
- The meeting shall be held at a facility located in Osceola County.
- Upon completion of the Osceola County meeting, the participant will be entitled to receive a Visa (or other major issuers) gift card in an amount as determined by the number of room nights utilized during the meeting.
- Increments are as follows:
- 10-99 room nights = $100.00;
- 100-499 room nights = $200.00;
- 500-1499 room nights = $500.00; and
- 1500+ room nights = $1,000.00.
- No substitutions of incentives are allowed.
- General Terms and Conditions:
- The "Bring Your Meetings Home" program can be discontinued any time without prior notice;
- The ultimate contract is between the Meeting Planner and the meeting facility. The CVB only provides information and acts as a facilitator in providing this incentive.
- Liability: The Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau, Osceola County, and its employees will not be held liable for any action of the participant or the Meeting Planner. Further, the Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau, Osceola County, and its employees will not be liable for an injury suffered by the result of the participation in the Bring Your Meetings Home program.
